If you have a proven track record in social media management, paid ad management, SEO and graphic design, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms to promote clients’ brands and increase their online presence.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve clients’ organic search rankings.
• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and other creative assets for social media posts, ads, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports to clients with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to achieve client objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and paid ad management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools, with a track record of improving organic search rankings.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy for social media posts and ads.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of the UK market and current digital marketing trends is a plus.
